What is Online LIVE Fitness Classes (OLFC)?
A LIVE group fitness class that fits into your busy life. We get it. It can be hard to find the time and motivation to work out.
- We have done the whole gym thing… the sitting in traffic, almost missing your class, only to arrive and it is full; the scan for cardio equipment in a PACKED gym; the claiming of the last empty space followed by wondering what to do next.
- We have had those good intentions… bought that amazing workout DVD that is still in its package in a drawer.
- We, too, have searched on YouTube to find the best “Workouts” and watched them from the sofa trying to get motivated to follow along.
- We know it can be hard because we have lived it.
So we decided to TRY SOMETHING NEW
Online LIVE Group Fitness Classes are a great way to get your sweat on with a group to motivate and support each other. Group sizes are small (10 max.) and you get to work with a certified instructor for form, safety, and modifications. Exciting and challenging workouts with a group each in their own home.

Our Online LIVE Group Fitness Classes are designed specifically to empower you. To help you work towards your health and fitness goals. To help you take control of your wellness journey.
Each class is LIVE and INTERACTIVE from the comfort of your own home (or beach, park or vacation home). Our sessions are only 30 minutes (which include a warm-up and cool down) and have a LIVE certified instructor leading the class.
Even though you are in your own home, the group feel with other members makes these workouts fun, motivating and challenging.
Some of our different class types are:
- Tabata — CORE — The MashUp — Upper Body Strong — Butts & Guts — Body Pump — Cardio Strong and more (see class descriptions for more details).
Workout with a laptop, computer or tablet.
No fancy gym membership. No huge space is needed. Just a good pair of running shoes and a bottle of water.
Have a mat? It is good but not necessary. You can use a towel, blanket or rug! Some classes recommend using hand weights but you can use water bottles or canned foods as weights as well.
All classes are run using a program called ZOOM from your computer or an App on your mobile.

Class Descriptions
Body Pump
Body Pump is a weights class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body.
Rather than bulk your muscles up by doing heavy weight and low reps, Body Pump does the opposite! You’ll use low weights and high reps, they call it the REP EFFECT.
Level: All
Equipment: Hand weights, barbell (optional)
Cardio & Strength
An interval training class that mixes callisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.
Level: All Levels (modifications given if needed)

Lower Body
Train for strength results with an emphasis on good form and functional, qualitative movements! You’ll primarily use free weights to work your lower body muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises.

The Mashup
This class is a combination of different workouts that work your entire body with cardio and strength.
Level: All Levels (modifications given if needed)

Cardio Blast
Cardio Blast is all about getting the body moving and the heart pumping. Each class offers a different, but always a fun, challenge, combining a range of high-intensity aerobic and body-weight exercises. They’ll probably be lunges and squats, a bit of boxing, burpees and more.

Booty & Core
This class is a combination of Tabata Core and Bands
Band class focuses on firming, lifting and building a perfect Booty. A lower body conditioning class that employs resistance loop bands to sculpt and tone the legs and glutes. Spending time on the floor and standing, this class will show you that bands can give a GREAT workout!

Cardio Strong
A fun and exciting mix of both cardiovascular and resistance challenges to sculpt and shape the human physique.

Equipment Needed: Hand Weights & Mat
Tabata
Tabata features 20-second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

Upper Body Strong

This class focuses on the lower extremities and core using the ball. The moves target the commonly referred to as “troubled areas.” Come join us for an awesome workout while getting your bod in great shape.

Join Cardio Surprise to get a sweat on and be surprised about what type of cardio you will be doing!

Tabata Core
Crank Up the Intensity With This Tabata Ab Workout, this form of high-intensity interval training calls for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, completing 8 rounds. With a combination of dynamic core intervals – this class is a total-CORE, torch fest!

Equipment: Mat, bands and weights (optional)
Active Stretch
Active Stretch – Focused predominantly on stretching and lengthening the major muscle groups (hips, legs, spine and shoulders). This class uses Yoga and PNF stretching techniques to release tired and overused muscles helping to improve range of movement and recovery time from our busy active lives!
