In your weight loss journey, self-sabotage is more than just cheating on your “diet.”

We have all been there. Things are going really well on your health and fitness journey. You start seeing small results and are feeling pretty good about yourself and your efforts. You even start to believe MAYBE this is possible…… and BOOM you do “something” completely stupid and everything comes crumbling down!! WHY? This is self-sabotage and it is very common in EVERYONE.
I do great during the day, but at night I start grazing and then I tell myself “I will start again tomorrow!”
I had a BAD eating day, I might as well eat ALL THE THINGS!
It can be a quick return to our bad habits BUT for others, it can be a slow and gradual slide. Then you feel so disappointed and frustrated regarding your inability to lose weight, stay focused, keep healthy habits, etc., so you decide to give up.
It is not as easy as “just stop doing it” but learning skills and understanding processes along the way.
I have been asked to create this course for years and FINALLY, I have designed a 6-week beginner program to help STOP SELF SABOTAGE. And I am inviting you to join me along the journey.

Hi – I’m Lindsay!
I have been in the Health and Wellness industry for 20 years. I went to university for Nutritional Sciences and became a Personal Trainer at the beginning of my career. I combined both to help my clients get results. BUT something was always missing. I could coach them on what to eat and how to work out, but I always felt like it was a constant fight to stay on course. In 2012, my family and I moved to Sydney, Australia and I needed to re-certify my qualifications with the Australian Fitness & Nutrition network. It was then, I was introduced to Life & Mindset Coaching. It was my AH-HA moment. This was the missing piece and honestly the MOST IMPORTANT part of this journey. I had seen first hand with 1000s of clients that you could educate them of food and fitness BUT without the right mindset and the struggle with self-sabotage, only a few really got long-term LASTING results. Once I started incorporating the mindset piece with my clients, I saw much better results.
I have worked with many of my 1:1 clients and in our group programs, and this is the one part of the process that STILL needs so much work. I am here to work with you in a small group setting to give you the tools and the proven process to finally get off the roller coaster of self-sabotage and get the results you truly deserve.
